In den Jahren 2020 und 2021 wird das dritte Major des Jahres im Winged Foot Golf Club in der Nähe von New York und im Tory Pines Golf Club ausgetragen. 2022 wird die US Open im The Country Club in Brookline stattfinden. 2023 kehrt das Major nach Los Angeles in den Los Angeles Country Club zurück. Auch 2024 wird der Austragungsort ein bekannter Platz sein, nämlich Pinehurst No.2
